Targets

The workshop series imparts the latest knowledge and methods for agile corporate development and leadership. Participants learn the basics of agile leadership as well as practice-relevant tools so that they can optimally shape their leadership performance to meet the new requirements of digitalization and derive their transformation programs from this.

Target group

The training is aimed exclusively at executives from corporate groups and medium-sized companies. Consultants or service providers are not admitted.

  • Content

    Questions that the training answers:

    - What does digitalization mean for my organization and for me as a manager?

    - How do I create the necessary conditions for learning and adaptability as well as innovation and creativity in my organization?

    - How do we become more flexible and faster as an organization to respond appropriately to market changes?

    - How do I become a change maker myself? How can I increase my self-efficacy in this regard?

    - How do I lead and manage myself and others in today's digital world?

    - How do I develop self-directed teams? How do I coach my employees and make them fit for the VUCA world?

    Scope

    - 5 two-day modules in about 5 months with a total of 10 days (each Friday and Saturday)

    - Supplementary Webex sessions as accompanying retrospectives as well as personal coaching

    Formats

    The training or workshop series is designed as a blended learning format and learning journey. This means that the classroom events are accompanied by online formats and in-depth learning materials.

  • The training is delivered by a team of agile coaches as well as the involvement of our technology partner on core tech topics such as AI, bots, smart data, blockchain, AR and VR.
