
Digital Coaching
Next Level Performance
By digital coaching we mean a support process for individuals, teams or entire organizational areas that makes use of "digital media" for individual learning and exchange between coach and coachee.
The technical basis is a digital, browser-based learning infrastructure. The coachee uses this to access learning impulses, including in the form of short videos and exercises, as well as supplementary information. In addition, individual learning is supplemented by video conferences for peer coaching and exchange of experiences as well as 1:1 video chats with the coach.
The digital coaching is specifically geared to topics and concerns, and the content and exercises are curated accordingly, so that a guided coaching and learning process takes place in this way over a six- to eight-week period - over several modules that build on each other.
