Our working world has changed fundamentally in recent years, partly as a result of digitalization. The focus is on speed, flexibility and adaptability. Learning and learning formats in the form of classic classroom training for managers and employees are no longer sufficient on their own. We define digital learning as one of our most important topics and combine it - when it makes sense - with our classroom training. To this end, we develop specific and tailored learning journeys based on your needs and wishes, which we are happy to support with our own digital learning platform or alternatively - if available - integrate into your learning platform already established in the company.

  • Marketing realignment

    Support in recalibrating marketing activities and redesigning added value generation for the customer. The latter is achieved with individual learning journeys for the participants, which include a digital prework and workbook.

  • Training Agile Coaches

    Designing the Agile Coach training as a digital learning journey: Provision of online formats as well as self-directed, in-depth learning content on our digital learning platform. This platform is also used for networking among participants and for all communication during the training.

  • Virtual Leadership Campus

    Design and development of a digital platform for networking the management team and employees as part of a transformation support after the merger of two companies. The focus is on new forms of communication and knowledge exchange.
