Clemens Brandstetter

Ex-Manager - Entrepreneur - Change Maker

Whether it's a classic lecture, an inspiring keynote, a panel discussion or the moderation of an event, inspiration, activation and interaction with the participants are always in the foreground. The topic and the participants are the plot for the hero's journey. It is always about (personal) stories from one's own life and professional activities. Learning from mistakes and one's own failures. Messages in the sense of "how to do" and the "1×1 of success" are not very effective and are mutually exclusive.

Thus it is about the experience of familiar and new "worlds" from different perspectives as a possible experience and knowledge process to inszienieren. My own industrial and leadership experience as well as the entrepreneurial work are the offer and vehicle.

Topics:

Agility and leadership in the VUKA world - Understanding and applying digitization, detached from the hype - Transformation: from strategy to implementation - New Work and the "happiness of working" - Public Leadership - Inward orientation and brand in political and social positioning in outward communication.

The focus is not on the lecture, but on the experience. Only in this way can data and facts be sustainably anchored and people motivated. Whether corporate culture and development or the transfer of know-how, enthusiasm is needed for everything. Key-notes, moderation of large events, leading panel discussions and inspiring motivational events are fixed components of my portfolio.

Topics:

The world of tomorrow - Appreciation as a lever for success - Digital leaders and digital leadership - Evergreens of leadership - Agility in companies
